Lost In The Titlescreen is the cone-eared old man from the title screen, rebuilt in the operating-room editor once you are past Mission 5. Legion Theme Song is a confirmed developer bug and cannot be unlocked yet.

What The Legion Was Here Lost In The Titlescreen Achievement Wants

  • Unlock hint: "You noticed that guy?"
  • 7.4 percent of players have it.

Only one of the faces on the title screen can actually be built in the in-game editor, and you build it from inside a mission rather than from the menu: the old man with cone ears. It does not fire from watching the credits, and clicking through the title screen faster will never get it.

Legion Theme Song

  • Unlock hint: "Time to dance"
  • About 0.3 percent of players have it — the rarest achievement in the game.

Stop chasing this one. On 15 October 2026 the developer confirmed in the pinned Steam thread Last achievements that the credits achievement was not firing because of a mistake in their own code: "The credits achiev not triggering is my fault, I made a mistake in the code. It'll be fixed in the next update!" The player guides expect it to unlock for fully watching the credits song, so once the fix ships it should stop being a puzzle at all.

How To Actually Unlock Lost In The Titlescreen

  1. Get past Mission 5 first.

The achievements unlock in order, and players report the editor only producing this face from Mission 5 onwards. Before that the combination is simply not available.

  2. Open the operating-room editor.

This is the same face creator every mission uses, not a title-screen menu. The achievement fires as soon as the face matches, without leaving the room, so you never need to finish the mission you are in.

  3. Build the old man with cone ears.

The cone-shaped ears are the giveaway: no other character in the game has them. Set the other nine traits to the values in the table below.

  4. Match the pink and purple colouring.

The English guide says to match the title screen's colours, and this is the step most people skip. The Chinese guide says hair and eye colour make no difference; set them anyway, since it costs nothing and matches the picture you are copying.

  5. Wait for it at 1:1.

No confirmation step and no second run needed. The editor's numbering and the ten trait names are on the face creation page.

Done when: The notification appears while you are still in the editor.

Where These Two Fit In The Rest Of The List

The rest of the achievement list is plannable, which is what makes these two stand out:

  • Jujuk In Love and Jujuk World Peace both belong to one contract, The Big Day, and the second one needs 100 percent credibility there. What The Big Day requires covers that mission.
  • Legion Is Done is the campaign-wide mark, and it needs 100 percent credibility on all six missions rather than on one job. How the campaign counts as finished covers the requirement.

Clear the six contracts first: their achievements are a matter of how well you read dossiers and choose dialogue branches, while Lost In The Titlescreen is a single face to rebuild once you are deep enough into the campaign and Legion Theme Song is waiting on a developer fix.

The unlock order, the trait values and the bug note come from the player's Legion Was Here guide on Steam, the Chinese puzzle-flow guide and the developer's pinned Last achievements thread.
